加購福利購買流程說明

• 可至KKTIX網頁登入會員後，左上角進入【我的票券】- 找到【G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] IN TAIPEI, presented by KGI FINANCIAL GROUP】演唱會的【票券資料】- 點選票券的【票券資訊】 ，即可找到訂單編號、票號。訂單編號後5碼+票號全碼（範例：32874116748587）

• 進入加購福利頁面，選擇要加購的粉絲福利票種，並輸入【訂單編號後5碼+票號全碼】，每筆訂單限輸入一個資格碼並且只能使用一次，每一個資格碼只限加購一個門票價格對應粉絲福利，不得重複購買多項粉絲福利

 

購 票 方 式

1. 本節目網站購票僅接受已完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證之會員購買，購票前請先"加入會員"並盡早完成"手機號碼及電子郵件地址"驗證，以便進行購票流程。請務必於會員"設定"中的"報名預填資料"先行存檔「姓名」和「身分證件號碼(如：國民身分證字號、護照號碼等。)」才能進行購票。（進行手機號碼驗證，但收不到簡訊怎麼辦？請點我）
2. 為了確保您的權益，在註冊會員或是結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用Yahoo或Hotmail郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到『訂單成立通知信』。
3. 訂單成立通知信可能因其他因素未能寄達，僅提供交易通知之用，未收到訂單成立通知信不代表交易沒有成功，若訂單逾期取消，則表示訂單真的沒有成立，請再重新訂購。一旦無法確認於網站上的訂單是否交易成功，請至會員帳戶的"訂單"查詢您的消費資料，只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的票券明細，若查不到您所訂購的票券，表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。
4. KKTIX網站購票：
   • 每筆訂單限購1張，每位KKTIX會員限購2張
   • 若消費者有多張票券須加購福利，請拆成多筆訂單做加購
   • 付款方式：信用卡(VISA/MASTER/JCB)
   • 請在規定的時間內確認訂單，並依顯示的時間完成付款，若逾期未付款，系統將取消您的訂單，刷卡失敗之訂單必須等待系統自動清除訂單後釋出，並重新訂購。
   • 請於活動開賣前事先確認信用卡已開通3D驗證功能，為強化信用卡網路付款安全，KKTIX售票系統網站導入了更安全的信用卡 3D 驗證服務，會員購票時，將取得簡訊驗證碼，確保卡號確實為持卡人所有，以提供持卡人更安全的網路交易環境。信用卡3D驗證流程為何？

注 意 事 項

1. 消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以退票申請日為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費，退票方式及退款時間請詳閱最下方退票說明。
2. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
3. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價金額3%之對價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法！
4. 一人一票，憑票入場，票券限使用一次，請勿購買來路不明的票券，以免自身權益受損。
5. 電子票券為無記名票券，請勿將票券QR Code任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領入場。
6. 取票方式選擇電子票券可前往 App Store ／ Google Play 下載KKTIX app，入場時以行動裝置秀出QR Code；或直接列印QR Code 作為入場票券掃描入場。
7. 請於購票前確認購票細節。並呼籲您不要購買來路不明的票券，以免自身權益受損，主辦單位將保留認定票券合法性之權利。
8. 依台北小巨蛋場地規定：身高110公分以下兒童，不得進入3樓各區，以維護其安全。
9. 場內嚴格禁止拍照、攝影，錄音及手機直播，如經查獲，現場工作人員有權立即刪除本場活動影音資料，並禁止其重新進入會場且保留法律追訴權。
10. 禁止攜帶任何玻璃瓶類、金屬類容器，如玻璃杯/瓶/盒等，以免造成危險。
11. 進場禁止攜帶食物、飲料(水除外)及攝錄影音器材、自拍神器、LED燈牌、板凳類自行加高裝置及尺寸超過40x40cm應援物等影響節目進行及其它觀眾觀賞權益之違禁品，如有違反主辦單位有權立即請違反者離開現場自行另覓處所寄物(現場無法另提供寄物區，請自行處理)。
12. 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票觀眾務必遵守主辦單位及場館各項規定，如有干擾演出秩序之行為，主辦單位有權將請其離場。
13. 為維護表演人相關品牌形象權益，未經演出及主辦單位同意，不得將本門票用於任何商業促銷活動。
14. 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第五項、第六項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。預備犯前項之罪者，處一年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣一百萬元以下罰金」，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法！
15. 相關規定以主辦單位活動官網及現場公告為準，主辦單位保留修改或終止本活動之權利。
16. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。
     

退 票 說 明

消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以收到退票申請日為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費，範例如下：

• 2025/6/11購買，退票截止日為2025/6/14 (含)，2025/6/15 (含)起的退票不再受理

🔹 How to Purchase｜Enter the last 5 digits of your order number and the full ticket number on the purchase website. Only correct entries will allow access to the fan benefit selection page.

⚠️ Fan Benefit Ticket Purchase Notes
• Fan benefit tickets are only available on the designated purchase website and are not available at kiosks.
• Each ticket is eligible for only one fan benefit item corresponding to its price category. Multiple benefit items for the same ticket are not allowed. Please confirm your selection before proceeding.
• To purchase fan benefit tickets, you must have both the last 5 digits of your order number and the full ticket number.
• Fan benefit tickets are electronic tickets. Once the QR code is scanned, it becomes invalid immediately. Please keep your QR code safe. If someone else scans and redeems the benefit before you, the organizer will not be held responsible.
• The actual redemption time and procedure for fan benefits will be announced separately.
• All related terms are subject to the organizer’s announcements. The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this activity and holds the final right of interpretation.

 

Instructions for Purchasing Fan Benefit Add-Ons

If the ticket number is accidentally disclosed and misused by others due to your own actions, resulting in the inability to purchase additional fan benefits, the organizer and KKTIX will not be held liable for any compensation.

• You can log in to your KKTIX account, go to 【My Tickets】 at the top left, find the 【G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] IN TAIPEI, presented by KGI FINANCIAL GROUP】 concert, click on 【Ticket Details】, then select 【Ticket Information】 to find your Order Number and Ticket Number.
  Use the last 5 digits of the order number + the full ticket number (Example: 32874116748587).

• On the fan benefit add-on page, select the fan benefit ticket type you want to purchase, and enter the combination of 【last 5 digits of the Order Number + full Ticket Number】.
  Each order can only input one qualification code, and each code can only be used once. Each qualification code allows the purchase of only one fan benefit that corresponds to the ticket price, and cannot be used to purchase multiple benefits.

How To Purchase Tickets

1. Only members who have completed mobile number and email address verification are eligible to purchase tickets for this event.Before purchasing, please register as a member and complete the verification process as early as possible to ensure a smooth transaction. Additionally, please go to your member account Settings > Pre-Filled Registration Info and save your full name and ID number (e.g., National ID number or passport number) in advance — this step is required to proceed with ticket purchase.(If you do not receive the SMS for phone number verification, please click here.)
2. To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend not using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or filling out the contact email during checkout. This is to avoid issues such as blocked, missed, or spam emails that may prevent you from receiving the "order confirmation email".
3. The order confirmation email may not be delivered due to other factors and is only for transaction notification purposes. Not receiving the order confirmation email does not mean the transaction was unsuccessful or the credit card payment failed. Please try to make the payment again within the payment deadline (even if you receive a successful authorization SMS or email from the bank). If the order is canceled due to expiration, it means the order was not successfully placed, and you will need to reorder. If you are unable to confirm the transaction status on the website, please check your purchase details in the "Orders" section of your member account. If you cannot find your purchased tickets, it means the transaction was unsuccessful, and you need to reorder.
4. Ticket Purchase via KKTIX Website: 
   • Each order is limited to 1 ticket, and each KKTIX member may purchase up to 2 tickets in total.
   • If you have multiple tickets that require fan benefit add-ons, please complete separate orders for each ticket.
   • Payment Methods: Credit card only (VISA/MASTER/JCB).
   • Please confirm your order and complete payment within the specified time. If payment is not completed before the deadline, the system will automatically cancel your order. Failed transactions must wait for the system to release the order before reordering.
   • Please ensure your credit card has 3D Secure authentication enabled before the ticket sale begins. For enhanced security, KKTIX uses 3D Secure authentication, which may require a one-time SMS verification code to ensure the card belongs to the purchaser.

Notice

1. In accordance with the Ministry of Culture's “Standardized Contract for Performing Arts Ticket Sales,” this event adopts Option 2 under the "Ticket Refund/Exchange Policy": Refunds must be requested within 3 days of ticket purchase (excluding the purchase date). From the 4th day onward, no refund or exchange requests will be accepted. The request date is based on the date the email is received. A 5% handling fee based on the face value of the ticket will be charged. Please refer to the refund instructions at the bottom for refund method and processing time.
2. Do not purchase tickets through auction websites, unauthorized resellers, or unknown third parties. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of such tickets. These purchases may involve fraud or disputes. Entry may be denied, and the organizer/KKTIX holds no responsibility.
3. Any resale of tickets at a markup (including so-called handling, transportation, or service fees) violates Article 64(2) of the Social Order Maintenance Act. In addition, under Article 10-1 of the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act, reselling tickets for more than 3% above face value may result in fines 10 to 50 times the ticket price per ticket, imposed by the local government. Do not break the law.
4. One person per ticket. Admission is granted with a valid ticket only. Each ticket can only be used once.Please do not purchase tickets from unknown or unauthorized sources to avoid compromising your rights.
5. Electronic tickets are non-personalized and not registered to a specific name.Please do not share or disclose your ticket QR Code to others, as it may be misused for unauthorized entry.
6. If you choose electronic ticket as your delivery method, you can download the KKTIX app from the App Store or Google Play.Show the QR Code on your mobile device at the entrance to scan and enter the venue.
7. Confirm all ticket details before purchasing. The organizer reserves the right to determine the validity of any ticket.
8. Per Taipei Arena policy: Children under 110 cm in height are not permitted in the 3rd floor seating area for safety reasons.
9. Photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited. Staff may delete recordings and deny re-entry. Legal action may be pursued.
10. Glass containers, metal containers (e.g., bottles, cups), and similar items are prohibited due to safety concerns.
11. Food, beverages (except water), recording devices, selfie sticks, LED signs, stools, oversized support items over 40x40 cm, or any item that may interfere with the performance or disturb others are not allowed inside the venue. Violators may be asked to leave and find their own solution for storing prohibited items. No storage will be provided on-site.
12. Venue entry rules may vary by location. All ticket holders must comply with both organizer and venue regulations. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.
13. To protect artist image rights, tickets may not be used for commercial promotions without prior approval from the organizer and performers.
14. Consumers must use their real name and valid personal information when purchasing tickets. If assisting others, consent from the individual must be obtained. Using false information may constitute document forgery under Article 210 of the Criminal Code, punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment. Additionally, under Article 10-1 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act, using false data or improper means to purchase tickets may result in up to 3 years imprisonment or fines up to NT$3 million. Attempted violations may result in up to 1 year imprisonment or fines up to NT$1 million. The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel such orders.
15. All regulations are subject to updates posted on the official event website or venue announcements. The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event.
16. By completing your purchase, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
     

Refund Procedures

Tickets are refundable with 5% return handing fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them. For example:

• Tickets purchased on 2025/6/11 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/6/14. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/6/15 for refund will NOT be accepted.
• To request a refund, please fill out the following form within the refund period:
  “[Credit Card] Refund Application ”

In order to process your refund request, physical tickets must be mailed to KKTIX before the due date. For KKTIX address, please refer to KKTIX REFUND POLICY.
