實 名 認 證 購 票 規 定
- 本活動採實名制認證,請先到會員中心填寫或確認個人資料,否則將無法順利購票。購票時,需於每張票券欄位中正確填寫入場人「姓名」(海外觀眾請填護照英文姓名)、「手機號碼」及「身分證字號」(海外觀眾請填護照號碼),並於送出前再次確認所有資訊正確無誤。
- 每筆訂單的第一張票券將由系統自動帶入購票會員預填的姓名及身分證字號(護照號碼),且無法在購票流程中修改。
- 若您第二張票券的「姓名(海外觀眾寫護照姓名) 」或「身分證字號(海外觀眾寫護照號碼) 」其中一項填寫有誤,請於規定期間至售票網站【實名制票券更正申請表】 進行申請更正,如姓名及號碼兩項資料皆有誤或已取票,則無法修改票券資料,僅接受於退票期限內(購票日3天內)申請退票,請務必確認資料正確再進行結帳及取票。
- 申請更正收件期間:2025/5/25 (日) 13:00 ~2025/6/2 (一) 23:59,逾期將不予受理,須由購買會員填寫「實名制票券更正申請表」。
- 申請人請務必於提交表單5個工作天之後至"訂單"頁面的【查看/修改資料】欄位確認資料是否正確,若與申請更正資料不符或還尚未修正,請務必來電客服確認。如因資料不符而導致無法入場,主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。

- 一個身分證字號限持一張票券驗票入場,不得重複購票。如因重複購票無法入場,主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
- 入場時會掃描「身分證正本背面的條碼」驗證及核對每張票券上印製姓名與入場人身分證件是否相符入場,活動當天請務必攜帶有效且附有照片身分證正本(不接受證件影本或畫面截圖資料) ,14歲以下孩童請攜帶健保卡、外籍人士請攜帶護照、外籍人士及14歲以下孩童將採人工驗證方式進場,確認無誤後方可入場,如資料不符將無法入場。
- 姓名僅限「繁體中文」與「英文」,海外人士請填寫「護照姓名」,請勿使用特殊符號與字元。(如以下示意圖)
- 本活動所收集之資料,包含姓名、電話、身分證字號等資訊,將提供主辦單位該活動入場驗證使用,並不會做其他用途,亦不會將您的個人資料和活動資料提供給無關的第三方。
- 冒用他人資料登記者,屬於違反文創法第10 條之1第3 項「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式,利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券,取得訂票或取票憑證者,處三年以下有期徒刑,或科或併科新臺幣三百萬元以下罰金。」主辦單位及售票單位有權取消該登記訂單。請注意保護個人資料,切勿洩露給陌生人或代購業者,以免日後權益受損。

- 根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定,本節目採用方案二:消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日),購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請,請求退換票日期以電子郵件送達日為準,退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費,退票方式及退款時間請詳閱最下方退票說明。
- 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票,主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外,以免影響自身權益,若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題,主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。

- 依台北小巨蛋場地規定:身高110公分以下兒童,不得進入3樓各區,以維護其安全。
- 入場票券為無記名有價票券,如發生遺失、燒毀、破損等情形,一概不予重新開票。請向當地警察單位報案後取得核發「遺失物受理案件登記表」,於入場前出示該登記表及可證明確定座位之有效票券購買證明與身份證明文件,經現場確認無其他相同票券持有人就座(位)後方得入場。任意塗改、影印或套印、掃描複製票券,均屬無效票,詳情請洽KKTIX客服中心。
- 場內嚴格禁止拍照、攝影,錄音及手機直播,如經查獲,現場工作人員有權立即刪除本場活動影音資料,並禁止其重新進入會場且保留法律追訴權。
- 禁止攜帶任何玻璃瓶類、金屬類容器,如玻璃杯/瓶/盒等,以免造成危險。
- 進場禁止攜帶食物、飲料(水除外)及攝錄影音器材、自拍神器、LED燈牌、板凳類自行加高裝置及尺寸超過40x40cm應援物等影響節目進行及其它觀眾觀賞權益之違禁品,如有違反主辦單位有權立即請違反者離開現場自行另覓處所寄物(現場無法另提供寄物區,請自行處理)。
- 各表演場館各有其入場規定,請持票觀眾務必遵守主辦單位及場館各項規定,如有干擾演出秩序之行為,主辦單位有權將請其離場。
- 為維護表演人相關品牌形象權益,未經演出及主辦單位同意,不得將本門票用於任何商業促銷活動。
- 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊,協助親友購買票券,應取得該個資所有人同意,一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」:「偽造、變造私文書,足以生損害於公眾或他人者,處五年以下有期徒刑。」;且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第五項、第六項規定:「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式,利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券,取得訂票或取票憑證者,處三年以下有期徒刑,或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。預備犯前項之罪者,處一年以下有期徒刑,或科或併科新臺幣一百萬元以下罰金」,主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單,請勿以身試法!

Accessible seating for individuals with disabilities: Tickets are only available for purchase through the KKTIX website. You must be a registered member and complete both mobile number and email verification. Please make sure to complete the “Disability Verification” at least 24 hours before ticket sales begin. Verification on the day of ticket sales is not guaranteed. Accounts verified within 24 hours prior to ticket sales may not be able to successfully purchase tickets.
Real-Name Registration Ticketing Rules
1. This event requires real-name registration. Please go to the Member Center to fill in or confirm your personal information before purchasing tickets. Otherwise, you will not be able to complete the purchase.When placing an order, you must enter the attendee’s full name (overseas audiences must use the name as shown on their passport), mobile phone number, and ID number (overseas audiences must use their passport number) for each ticket. Please double-check all information before submitting to ensure it is accurate.
2. The first ticket in each order will automatically use the member’s pre-filled full name and ID number (or passport number), and cannot be modified during the purchase process.
3. If either the "Full Name (Passport Name for International Attendees)" or "National ID Number (Passport Number for International Attendees)" is incorrect, please submit a correction through the “Real-Name Ticket Correction Form” on the ticketing website within the designated period. If both fields are incorrect or if tickets have already been collected, the information cannot be modified. In such cases, only refunds within three days of purchase will be accepted. Please double-check the information before proceeding to payment and ticket collection.
• Correction request period: 2025/5/25 (Sun) 13:00 to 2025/6/2 (Mon) 23:59. Late submissions will not be accepted. Only the purchasing member may submit the “Real-Name Correction Form.”
• After submitting the form, please check the [View/Modify Info] section on your "Order" page five working days later to confirm if the correction was successful. If there is a mismatch or the information has not been updated, please contact customer service. The organizer and KKTIX are not responsible for denied entry due to incorrect data.
• Reminder: If both the "Full Name (Passport Name for International Attendees)" and "National ID Number (Passport Number for International Attendees)" are incorrect or if tickets have already been collected, modifications will not be accepted. Please apply for a refund within three days of purchase. Refer to the refund policy in item 1 below. Late refund requests will not be accepted.
4. Each ID number can only be used to purchase and enter with one ticket. Duplicate ticket purchases under the same ID will not be valid. The organizer and KKTIX are not responsible for denied entry due to duplicate purchases.
5. At the venue, a barcode scan of the back of your original National ID will be used for verification, and the printed name must match your ID. Please bring your original, valid, government-issued photo ID. Copies or screenshots will not be accepted. Children under 14 must bring their National Health Insurance Card. Foreign nationals must bring their passport. Entry for children under 14 and foreign attendees will be manually verified. Entry will be denied if information does not match.
6. Names must be entered using only Traditional Chinese or English. Foreign nationals must use their passport name. Do not use special symbols or characters.
7. Collected information, including name, phone number, and ID number, will only be used for entry verification for this event and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with unrelated third parties.
8. Using someone else’s information is a violation of Article 10-1, Paragraph 3 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act: "Anyone who uses false information or other improper means through computers or related equipment to purchase tickets for cultural performances or obtain booking/ticket collection credentials shall be subject to imprisonment of up to three years, a fine of up to NT$3 million, or both." The organizer and ticketing platform have the right to cancel any such orders. Please protect your personal information and do not share it with strangers or ticket agents to avoid compromising your rights.

How To Purchase Tickets
Attention: Using multiple devices, browsers, windows, or pages will result in ticket purchase failure or abnormality.

Only members who have completed mobile number and email address verification are eligible to purchase tickets for this event.Before purchasing, please register as a member and complete the verification process as early as possible to ensure a smooth transaction. - To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend not using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or filling out the contact email during checkout. This is to avoid issues such as blocked, missed, or spam emails that may prevent you from receiving the "order confirmation email".
- The order confirmation email may not be delivered due to other factors and is only for transaction notification purposes. Not receiving the order confirmation email does not mean the transaction was unsuccessful or the credit card payment failed. Please try to make the payment again within the payment deadline (even if you receive a successful authorization SMS or email from the bank). If the order is canceled due to expiration, it means the order was not successfully placed, and you will need to reorder. If you are unable to confirm the transaction status on the website, please check your purchase details in the "Orders" section of your member account. If you cannot find your purchased tickets, it means the transaction was unsuccessful, and you need to reorder.

Ticket Purchase via KKTIX Website:
- Each KKTIX member may purchase up to 2 tickets per showtime. Orders cannot contain tickets for multiple showtimes. If you wish to purchase tickets for different showtimes, please place separate orders.
- On the first day of ticket sales, only "auto seat allocation" will be available. Seat selection by zone is not supported. The system will automatically assign the best available seats in the selected price zone. If no adjacent seats are available, the system will assign the required number of non-adjacent seats.
- KGI Card Priority Purchase: Only cardholders using a KGI Bank credit card for payment are eligible.
- Payment Methods: Credit card only (VISA/MASTER/JCB).
- Please confirm your order and complete payment within the specified time. If payment is not completed before the deadline, the system will automatically cancel your order. Failed transactions must wait for the system to release the order before reordering.
- Please ensure your credit card has 3D Secure authentication enabled before the ticket sale begins. For enhanced security, KKTIX uses 3D Secure authentication, which may require a one-time SMS verification code to ensure the card belongs to the purchaser.

- Only accounts with valid verification can purchase tickets with disability ID expiration dates after the event date.
- Each person with a disability may purchase up to 2 tickets (including one for a necessary companion). The companion seat is only available to those who have passed the companion identity verification process.
- Seats are arranged based on the venue's designated accessible areas and will be sold until sold out.
- Wheelchair Seating: NT$400 per seat. Available for wheelchair users only. Located in Red 2B, Red 2D, Purple 2B, Purple 2D sections.
- Non-wheelchair Accessible Seating: NT$400 per seat. Located on the 2nd floor.
- Only "auto seat allocation" will be available on the sale day. Zone selection is not supported. The system will assign the most appropriate accessible seats. If no adjacent seats are available, non-adjacent seats will be assigned.

- For accessibility ticket holders (including wheelchair seats), please present the original disability ID and personal ID at the entrance. If a companion seat was purchased, the ticket holder and companion must enter together.

Notice
- In accordance with the Ministry of Culture's “Standardized Contract for Performing Arts Ticket Sales,” this event adopts Option 2 under the "Ticket Refund/Exchange Policy": Refunds must be requested within 3 days of ticket purchase (excluding the purchase date). From the 4th day onward, no refund or exchange requests will be accepted. The request date is based on the date the email is received. A 5% handling fee based on the face value of the ticket will be charged. Please refer to the refund instructions at the bottom for refund method and processing time.
- Do not purchase tickets through auction websites, unauthorized resellers, or unknown third parties. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of such tickets. These purchases may involve fraud or disputes. Entry may be denied, and the organizer/KKTIX holds no responsibility.
- Any resale of tickets at a markup (including so-called handling, transportation, or service fees) violates Article 64(2) of the Social Order Maintenance Act. In addition, under Article 10-1 of the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act, reselling tickets for more than 3% above face value may result in fines 10 to 50 times the ticket price per ticket, imposed by the local government. Do not break the law.

- Each person must hold a ticket for entry. This includes children. Tickets can only be used once and must be accompanied by valid ID. Please avoid purchasing from unreliable sources.
- Confirm all ticket details before purchasing. The organizer reserves the right to determine the validity of any ticket.
- Per Taipei Arena policy: Children under 110 cm in height are not permitted in the 3rd floor seating area for safety reasons.
- Tickets are bearer instruments. Lost, burned, or damaged tickets will not be reissued. If your ticket is lost, file a report with local police and obtain an official “Lost Property Report.” Present this along with valid proof of purchase and your ID at the venue. Entry will only be permitted after verifying no other ticket holder is occupying the seat. Altered, copied, or scanned tickets are invalid. For assistance, contact KKTIX Customer Support.
- Photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited. Staff may delete recordings and deny re-entry. Legal action may be pursued.
- Glass containers, metal containers (e.g., bottles, cups), and similar items are prohibited due to safety concerns.
- Food, beverages (except water), recording devices, selfie sticks, LED signs, stools, oversized support items over 40x40 cm, or any item that may interfere with the performance or disturb others are not allowed inside the venue. Violators may be asked to leave and find their own solution for storing prohibited items. No storage will be provided on-site.
- Venue entry rules may vary by location. All ticket holders must comply with both organizer and venue regulations. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.
- To protect artist image rights, tickets may not be used for commercial promotions without prior approval from the organizer and performers.
- Consumers must use their real name and valid personal information when purchasing tickets. If assisting others, consent from the individual must be obtained. Using false information may constitute document forgery under Article 210 of the Criminal Code, punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment. Additionally, under Article 10-1 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act, using false data or improper means to purchase tickets may result in up to 3 years imprisonment or fines up to NT$3 million. Attempted violations may result in up to 1 year imprisonment or fines up to NT$1 million. The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel such orders.
- All regulations are subject to updates posted on the official event website or venue announcements. The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event.

Refund Procedures
According to the second ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of“Ministry of Culture”, tickets are refundable with 5% return handing fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them. For example:
- Refunds must be requested for the entire order; partial (single-ticket) refunds are not permitted.
- Tickets purchased on 2025/5/25 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/5/28. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/5/29 for refund will NOT be accepted.
- Tickets purchased on 2025/5/26 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/5/29. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/5/30 for refund will NOT be accepted.
- Tickets purchased on 2025/5/27 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/5/30. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/5/31 for refund will NOT be accepted.
