退 票 說 明

根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案二：消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以收到退票申請日(未取票)或郵戳(已取票)為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費，範例如下：

• 2025/11/14購買，退票截止日為2025/11/17 (含)，2025/11/18 (含)起的退票不再受理
• 2025/11/15購買，退票截止日為2025/11/18 (含)，2025/11/19 (含)起的退票不再受理
• 未取票：如欲辦理退票請於退票期限內至以下連結填寫表單

注 意 事 項

1. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
2. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價金額3%之對價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法！

4. 一人一票，憑票入場，孩童亦需購票，票券限使用一次，請勿購買來路不明的票券，以免自身權益受損。
5. 請於購票前確認購票細節。並呼籲您不要購買來路不明的票券，以免自身權益受損，主辦單位將保留認定票券合法性之權利。
6. 依台北小巨蛋場地規定：身高110公分以下兒童，不得進入3樓各區，以維護其安全。
7. 入場票券為無記名有價票券，如發生遺失、燒毀、破損等情形，一概不予重新開票。請向當地警察單位報案後取得核發「遺失物受理案件登記表」，於入場前出示該登記表及可證明確定座位之有效票券購買證明與身份證明文件，經現場確認無其他相同票券持有人就座(位)後方得入場。任意塗改、影印或套印、掃描複製票券，均屬無效票，詳情請洽KKTIX客服中心。
8. 場內嚴禁使用除手機以外之任何形式的錄音／錄影、攝影設備（包括但不限於：專業及非專業相機／攝影機／相機鏡頭／相機配件／數位小相機／空拍機／GoPro等）拍照、攝影。嚴禁手機直播，如經查獲，現場工作人員有權立即刪除本場活動影音資料，並禁止其重新進入會場且保留法律追訴權。
9. 禁止攜帶任何玻璃瓶類、金屬類容器，如玻璃杯/瓶/盒等，以免造成危險。
10. 禁止攜帶尺寸超過 A3（29.7cm x 42cm）面積的海報及標語、LED 燈牌類、氣球及含有政治性標語的旗幟、橫幅等任何應援製作物。官方販售之周邊商品除外，惟仍須通過安檢。
11. 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請進場觀眾務必遵守主辦單位及場館各項規定。如有站立在座位上、無故離開原座位、停留在其他區域不回座等干擾演出秩序之行為，經勸阻無效或再犯，主辦單位有權請其離場且不予退票。
12. 為維護表演人相關品牌形象權益，未經演出及主辦單位同意，不得將本門票用於任何商業促銷活動。
13. 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第五項、第六項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。預備犯前項之罪者，處一年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣一百萬元以下罰金」，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法！
14. 相關規定以主辦單位活動官網及現場公告為準，主辦單位保留修改或終止本活動之權利。

Seats in sections “Red & Purple 2A and 2B” are located at a sharp angle and close to the stage. Due to the stage setup, the view may be partially obstructed.

Accessible Seating:
Only available for purchase via the KKTIX website. Membership registration and verification of both mobile number and email address are required.

How To Purchase Tickets

1. This program only accepts purchases from members who have completed mobile number and email address verification. Please "register as a member" and complete "mobile number and email address" verification as soon as possible before purchasing tickets to proceed with the ticket purchasing process. 2. To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend not using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or filling out the contact email during checkout. This is to avoid issues such as blocked, missed, or spam emails that may prevent you from receiving the "order confirmation email".
3. After you place your order, you’ll receive an email called “Order Confirmation Notice.”Please note that sometimes this email might not reach your inbox for different reasons—it’s only a notification, so not receiving it doesn’t mean your order failed.If you’re unsure whether your order went through, log in to your account and check the "Orders" section to see your purchase details. If your order shows up there, it’s confirmed!If you can’t find it or receive a message saying your order was canceled, that means the transaction didn’t go through—please try again.If your payment didn’t go through, you can try paying again with your credit card before the payment deadline.
4. Ticket Purchase via KKTIX Website: 
   • Fanclub Pre-Sale：Each fanclub member may purchase up to 2 tickets per show, while supplies last.During the ticket purchase process, you must enter your MONSTIEZ MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL) member number that was registered during the pre-sale registration.Each member number can only be used for one order per show and only once per show.
   • KKTIX General Sale：Each KKTIX member may purchase up to 4 tickets per show (including any tickets purchased during the fanclub pre-sale).Tickets for different shows cannot be combined in a single order. If you wish to purchase tickets for multiple shows, please complete separate orders.
   • Only computer-assisted seat allocation is available; selecting specific seating areas is not permitted.
     The system will automatically assign the most suitable seats within the selected price category, prioritizing adjacent seats when possible. If no adjacent seats are available at the time of purchase, the system will allocate non-adjacent seats corresponding to the selected quantity.
   • Payment Methods: Credit card only (VISA/MASTER/JCB).
   • Please confirm your order and complete payment within the specified time. If payment is not completed before the deadline, the system will automatically cancel your order. Failed transactions must wait for the system to release the order before reordering.
   • Please ensure your credit card has 3D Secure authentication enabled before the ticket sale begins. For enhanced security, KKTIX uses 3D Secure authentication, which may require a one-time SMS verification code to ensure the card belongs to the purchaser.
   • Ticket Collection Methods:FamiPort Pickup（Handling fee: NT$30 per order, payable at the FamilyMart counter.）Tickets will be available for pickup at FamiPort machines starting 5 days before the event.
     1. Do not attempt to pick up your tickets at FamilyMart immediately after purchase. Please wait until the ticket collection period begins. Tickets can be picked up anytime before the event once the collection period starts.
     2. Tickets not collected after payment will be considered sold and are non-refundable.
     3. FamiPort tickets are printed on thermal paper. Please store them away from heat to avoid damage.
5. Accessibility Tickets:
   • Available exclusively via the KKTIX website. You must complete disability status verification at least 24 hours before the ticket sale begins. Verification is not guaranteed if done on the day of the ticket sale.

   • Each person with a disability may purchase up to 2 tickets (including one for a necessary companion). The companion seat is only available to those who have passed the companion identity verification process.
   • Seats are arranged based on the venue's designated accessible areas and will be sold until sold out.
   • Wheelchair Seating: NT$400 per seat. Available for wheelchair users only. Located in Red 2B, Red 2D, Purple 2B, Purple 2D sections.
   • Non-wheelchair Accessible Seating: NT$400 per seat. Located in Red 2E, Purple 2E sections.
   • Only "auto seat allocation" will be available on the sale day. Zone selection is not supported. The system will assign the most appropriate accessible seats. If no adjacent seats are available, non-adjacent seats will be assigned.
   • Important Reminders:
     1. Please bring valid documents for entry. Those without proper ID or with mismatched information will not be allowed entry.
     2. For accessibility ticket holders (including wheelchair seats), please present the original disability ID and personal ID at the entrance. If a companion seat was purchased, the ticket holder and companion must enter together.
     3. Wheelchair-accessible seats are strictly for wheelchair users only.
         

Refund Procedures

According to the second ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of“Ministry of Culture”,  tickets are refundable with 5% return handing fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them. For example:

• Tickets purchased on 2025/11/14 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/11/17. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/11/18 for refund will NOT be accepted.
• Tickets purchased on 2025/11/15 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/11/18. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/11/19 for refund will NOT be accepted.
• If you have not collected your tickets:
  To request a refund, please fill out the following form within the refund period:
  “[Credit Card] Refund Application – Tickets Not Collected”
• If you have already collected your tickets: Refunds must be processed by returning the physical tickets via postal mail.Please send both your physical tickets and the KKTIX Refund Application Form by registered mail to the following address:「KKTIX票務組收 / 105039 臺北體育場郵局第060號信箱」

In order to process your refund request, physical tickets must be mailed to KKTIX before the due date. For KKTIX address, please refer to KKTIX REFUND POLICY.

Notice

1. Do not purchase tickets through auction websites, unauthorized resellers, or unknown third parties. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of such tickets. These purchases may involve fraud or disputes. Entry may be denied, and the organizer/KKTIX holds no responsibility.
2. Any resale of tickets at a markup (including so-called handling, transportation, or service fees) violates Article 64(2) of the Social Order Maintenance Act. In addition, under Article 10-1 of the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act, reselling tickets for more than 3% above face value may result in fines 10 to 50 times the ticket price per ticket, imposed by the local government. Do not break the law.
3. To report scalping behavior, visit the Ministry of Culture’s reporting website: https://noscalper.moc.gov.tw/
4. Each person must hold a ticket for entry. This includes children. Each ticket can only be used once for admission.Please do not purchase tickets from unauthorized sources to avoid potential loss of your rights or entry issues.
5. Confirm all ticket details before purchasing. The organizer reserves the right to determine the validity of any ticket.
6. Per Taipei Arena policy: Children under 110 cm in height are not permitted in the 3rd floor seating area for safety reasons.
7. Tickets are bearer instruments. Lost, burned, or damaged tickets will not be reissued. If your ticket is lost, file a report with local police and obtain an official “Lost Property Report.” Present this along with valid proof of purchase and your ID at the venue. Entry will only be permitted after verifying no other ticket holder is occupying the seat. Altered, copied, or scanned tickets are invalid. For assistance, contact KKTIX Customer Support.
8. The use of any recording, filming, or photography equipment other than mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside the venue. This includes, but is not limited to, professional or non-professional cameras, camcorders, camera lenses, accessories, digital cameras, drones, GoPros, etc. Live streaming via mobile phones is also strictly prohibited. If any violation is discovered, staff have the right to immediately delete any audio or video content related to the event, deny the violator re-entry, and pursue legal action.
9. Glass containers, metal containers (e.g., bottles, cups), and similar items are prohibited due to safety concerns.
10. Posters, banners, LED boards, balloons, or any other fan-made support items exceeding A3 size (29.7cm x 42cm) are strictly prohibited. This also applies to flags, banners, or materials containing political messages. Official merchandise purchased at the event is permitted but must pass security inspection.
11. Each venue has its own admission regulations. All attendees must comply with the rules set by the organizer and the venue. Any disruptive behavior, such as standing on seats, leaving your assigned seat without reason, or remaining in unauthorized areas, may result in removal from the venue without a refund if the individual fails to comply after being warned.
12. To protect artist image rights, tickets may not be used for commercial promotions without prior approval from the organizer and performers.
13. Consumers must use their real name and valid personal information when purchasing tickets. If assisting others, consent from the individual must be obtained. Using false information may constitute document forgery under Article 210 of the Criminal Code, punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment. Additionally, under Article 10-1 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act, using false data or improper means to purchase tickets may result in up to 3 years imprisonment or fines up to NT$3 million. Attempted violations may result in up to 1 year imprisonment or fines up to NT$1 million. The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel such orders.
14. All regulations are subject to updates posted on the official event website or venue announcements. The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event.
